How to get to Das Verwall
By car: All the information you need can be found here.
By train: Travel to Langen or St. Anton am Arlberg, then continue by bus (every 10 minutes – the stop is right outside the door).
Parking available?
Each apartment includes one free parking space directly in front of the house. Travelling with an electric car? A charging station is available for you.
How far is it to …
… the village centre? 10 minutes downhill on foot, or a bus every 10 minutes.
… the ski slopes: 500 metres.
… the ski bus? It stops right outside the door.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is available from 3 p.m., check-out until 11 a.m. If you plan to arrive earlier or leave later, just let us know – we’ll do our best to make it possible. Please contact us directly in advance.
How can I pay?
However you prefer: cash upon arrival, by bank transfer in advance, or conveniently by card on site. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable during your stay. Please note that we charge a 5% handling fee on external services paid through Das Verwall.
What happens in case of cancellation?
You may cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. (Life doesn’t always follow the plan – we understand.) For cancellations between 59 and 30 days before arrival, we retain 50% of the booking amount. From 29 days before arrival, or in case of early departure, the full amount is due. To be on the safe side, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, generally two nights. During peak season, variations may apply.
What is included in the apartment?
A fully equipped kitchen with hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dishes; spa bag with bathrobe and slippers; hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel; Wi-Fi; and usually a balcony or terrace. Top 10 even features a private sauna. Apartment sizes range from 18 to 133m².
Are group stays possible?
Yes — Top 1 + 1a, Top 3 + 3a, and Top 5 + 5a can be combined.

What about children?
Extra beds and baby cots are available on request at any time.
Can I bring my dog to Das Verwall?
Absolutely! Dogs are part of the family and are warmly welcome here. A surcharge of €35.00 per night applies.
What special services does Das Verwall offer?
We’re happy to organise your ski passes before arrival and assist you with restaurant reservations.
Are the apartments cleaned daily?
Of course – we ensure your apartment is cleaned every day. You decide how often you’d like your towels changed; we’ll adapt to your preferences.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Regional delicacies await you every morning, setting the perfect tone for your holiday day.
Where can I have dinner?
Lech offers a wide variety of restaurants for every taste. We’re happy to help with reservations and share a few insider tips – just let us know!
What if I get hungry at midnight?
Our vending machine in the house is available around the clock for those little cravings in between.
Is the house accessible?
Yes. The lift connects all floors, and the ground-floor apartments are easily accessible without steps. If you have specific needs, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Where can I shop?
The Spar supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. Fresh bread and pastries are available at the village bakery. For souvenirs, we recommend “Pfefferkörndl” directly in the centre.
Where can I find a doctor or pharmacy?
The Lech Medical Centre is located in the village centre, about a 10-minute walk or a short bus ride away. It offers general practitioners and specialists. The Lech Pharmacy is also in the centre and provides all necessary medications. For medical emergencies, call 144. Valentina will gladly assist with contacting doctors or arranging help if needed.
How do I get to the slopes?
You’re only 500 metres from the ski slopes! The free ski bus stops right outside the door – couldn’t be easier.
